Refund policy
• Each jewellery piece is shipped with a tag.
• Refunds/returns are only accepted if the tag is intact.
• If the product arrives damaged while the tag is still attached, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund.
• Once the tag is removed, the product is considered used and is non-returnable.
• Products must be dispatched within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• If dispatched after 48 hours, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
